There are over 2,400 species of Moths in the UK, all completely harmless apart from a handful which can cause harm to textiles, such as cloths, carpets and curtains, and to food. They are the only pests that do not present health risks to humans.

Damage - Once inside your house the moths larvae eat natural fibers like cotton, wool and silk. Damaging the material over time causing you to replace it sooner. The larvae of some moths can infest food products, therefore contaminating them.
